National Director of Sales (US Nationwide, Virtual)

Bray Executive Search is a national executive search firm specializing in family office/wealth management.  We have been retained by a family wealth consultancy seeking a National Director of Sales.  The position is virtually-based with a preference for candidates living in key wealth markets with access to major airports.  

This is an early stage firm backed by well-known, proven leaders in the Ultra-High-Net-Worth family wealth industry.  The firm offers memberships to UHNW private individuals and their families, providing a cutting-edge range of services and benefits under a single roof.  The members will be a part of an exclusive peer group who will share information and experiences.

The National Director of Sales will be the primary agent to source and engage new client prospects.  They will initiate contact with prospects, including regional Centers-of-Influence to gain referrals.  He/she will work closely with the leadership of the company, who have strong backgrounds and understanding of the membership services that is being offered.  He/she must have a successful track record selling products and/or services to ultra-affluent clients as well as an existing network of clients and referral sources.  Experience in industries such as luxury goods, resorts, private jet or yacht purchases/leases, and concierge services for UHNW are examples of the type of professional experiences that will enable the candidate to be successful in this role.  The best fit will be an indvidual with an entrepreneurial spirit who can embrace a creative role in an exceptional early stage company with energy and passion, working with peers who are nationally and internationally known in the UHNW marketplace.   

This opportunity offers excellent compensation including salary and commission.  The work location is virtual and will consider any location the qualified candidate resides in, but should be in or near a major wealth market (i.e. NYC, Los Angles, San Francisco, Chicago, Miami/South FL, Northeast, DC/VA/MD, Texas, etc.) with access to an airport.  The candidate must have a successful sales record working with people of significant wealth, and be a cultural fit with a group of successful and collaborative entrepreneurs.

CLIENT SERVICE ASSOCIATE (Charlotte, NC or Charleston, Raleigh, Atlanta, Denver, or NYC Metro including NJ)

Bray Executive Search is a national executive search firm specializing in wealth management for ultra-affluent family clients.  We have been retained by a prominent RIA that is seeking a Client Service Associate.  The position may be located at the headquarters in Charlotte, NC, or Charleston, Raleigh, Atlanta, Denver, or NYC Metro including NJ; the firm will consider relocation for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

  • Carry out the day-to-day delivery of wealth advisory management services in supporting senior client team members; interact with clients and build relationships while ensuring their needs are being met.
  • Onboard and maintain client accounts; create customized client presentations and analysis, operational support.
  • Communicate with clients and their advisors; assist with documentation relating to account profiles
  • Review investment portfolio allocations, review performance reports, process asset transfers and act as a point person for investors; handle subscription documents, capital calls, and distributions.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records and files; manage client meeting preparation and scheduling logistics.
  • Liaise with custodians to monitor accounts and help resolve any issues or discrepancies; assist with reporting platform and daily management of client accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-7+ years of related experience; the firm is open-minded about the breadth of experiences and will accommodate a junior candidate or a more seasoned person.
  • BA/BS degree preferred; professional designation also preferred
  • Experience with custodians highly preferred; either Schwab, Fidelity, or Pershing highly preferred.
  • Excellent client service communication skills; professional cultural fit with the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with the ability to quickly learn new systems such as performance reporting, data/transaction aggregation, data analytics, CRM

Manager, Client Advisory Team

Our client is a private, multi-family office (MFO) that serves a select group of clients with substantial wealth and is based in Dallas, TX.  The firm will consider relocation benefits for an exceptional candidate.

The Manager will profile prospects and clients regarding their values, needs and goals as well as provide an extraordinarily high level of service.  The primary role is serving as project manager for client engagements with an emphasis on managing the flow of all projects for assigned clients to a successful completion.  This role will oversee, manage, prepare, analyze and provide advice to wealthy families on all aspects of personal financial planning.  It is important that candidates have the insight and skills to optimize an industry-leading platform and service model that serve the unique needs of highly complex family clients.

Qualifications:
