Buzz Bray
Buzz has more than 30 years of experience in recruiting and professional placement. He has worked with visionary leaders in family wealth for many years, and is known and recognized throughout the U.S. as a leading recruiter in the industry. He founded RMG Associates, a recruiting firm specializing in family wealth advisory, in 2005. In 2019, he and his wife Jeannie transformed the company’s name to Bray Executive Search. Buzz is honored to be a member of the judges panel for Family Wealth Report Awards.
While not working, Buzz is a huge fan of classic film noir from the 1940’s and 50’s, blues and rock music, and enjoying good restaurants while trying hard to keep a reasonable level of fitness.

Jeannie Hwang Bray
Jeannie focuses on industry and candidate research by tracking leading family wealth firms, market trends, and leaders in private wealth management. Her due diligence efforts have resulted in identifying and hiring of numerous key positions for our clients. Jeannie joined Buzz at RMG Associates as a silent partner in 2005 and then became an active partner in 2007. In 2019, she and Buzz transformed the company into Bray Executive Search.
Jeannie is also an accomplished resume writer, specifically for executives in the wealth management industry. With her years of experience in working with some of the best firms and leaders in the industry, Jeannie knows what captures their attention in a well written and organized resume as well as online profiles. Jeannie has worked with some of the top talent in wealth management and she has reviewed and written numerous resumes that led to many successful introductions and placements.
